If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact madebypetit@gmail.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please use our contact page for any inquiries regarding returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Ground Shipping: $8

Each  creation is hand-made when ordered.  Please allow between 3 days to a week on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive.  Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production.
